How to book for a learners license

Requirements To Book Learners License

- Proof of residence (a utility bill or a rental agreement that proves you reside there). If you don’t have a bill that is in your name, you can get an affidavit from the person whose name the bill is in.
- A booking fee if you are doing it yourself at the traffic department nearest to you. Be sure to confirm with them in advance what the booking fee is.
- Individuals residing in an informal settlement need to present a letter stamped by their ward councillor as proof of residence.
